Last weekend, I attended the Commercial Academy event in Hollywood Beach, Florida — and like every time we join one of these gatherings, I walked away transformed.
These events have become a consistent part of my growth in commercial real estate, and this one was no exception. Even though we’ve traveled for multiple trainings over the years, this trip brought its own fresh wave of learning, clarity, and momentum.
For three days, we were immersed in intensive training sessions, hands-on mentorship, and strategic frameworks that actually work in today’s commercial real estate landscape. The room was filled with investors from all over the country, each one bringing their own perspective, challenges, and wins. Those conversations — the real, honest, experience-driven ones — are often where the biggest breakthroughs happen.
A renewed sense of direction. A sharper understanding of what’s working right now. And a reminder that in this business, proximity matters — being in the room with people who are actively doing deals elevates your entire approach.
Our plan moving forward is simple: keep growing, keep learning, and keep evolving. Events like this are part of the commitment. And without a doubt, this won’t be our last.
